中文摘要: 基因调控网络的动态行为分析对于认识网络结构与功能的关系具有重要的意义。长程相关性是一种反应动态系统运行平滑性的动态行为。偏离1/f过程的系统往往预示系统功能的变化或失调。目前有关基因调控网络长程相关性的研究很少,本项目拟以概率布尔网络模型为基础,研究基因调控网络的1/f过程的相关理论及其应用。主要内容包括:概率布尔网络的长程相关性的相变特征;网络1/f过程的产生原因或机制;网络1/f过程的鲁棒性;1/f过程在网络推理及干预方面的应用,以及典型细胞过程的1/f过程与细胞周期分裂、分化、及增生等方面的关系等。项目的研究将会促进基因调控网络的动态行为、建模及干预方面的研究,为疾病的预防诊断科治疗奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: The analysis of dynmaical behaviors of genetic regulaotory networks is very critcal for us to understand the ralationship between structure and function. Long-range correlation is an important dynamic to reflect the smoothness of system's running behavior. Generaly, devaition from 1/f process has been assocoated with change of functions. However, such dynamic of genetic regulatory network has been paied few attention. In this project, we will study this issule based on the probability boolean networks. It mainly includes:the phase space of the long-range correlation of PBN, the mechanisms of 1/f processs, the robustness of 1/f process, the application of 1/f process in network inference and intervention, and the character of 1/f process in real cellular process. We believe this investigation will can accelerate the study of network dynamic behaviors, modelling and intervention and then provides a concrete therotic foundation for the diagnosis and prevention of diseases.
