中文摘要: 纳米材料的应用和发展亟需评估其环境和生物安全性,相关研究迫切需要纳米材料的分离纯化技术和装置。现有的分离纯化技术大多是针对小分子和大分子而设计的,不能满足复杂基体中纳米材料的富集、分离和纯化的要求。本项目拟针对纳米材料分离的特点,通过应用可在线自组装和溶解的可循环使用的超分子膜等新技术和新原理,研制适合纳米材料分离纯化的滤膜和体积排阻色谱柱等关键部件;在此基础上,构建由在线膜过滤、中空纤维膜场流分离、体积排阻色谱和等电聚焦电泳等分离技术组成的纳米材料多维分离纯化系统,实现复杂体系中纳米材料的富集、分离和纯化;利用研制的纳米材料多维分离纯化系统,研究纳米银等几种典型的纳米材料在环境和生物体中的迁移转化行为,揭示粒径和表面电荷等对纳米材料环境过程和生物效应的影响机制。项目的实施,将为科学评估纳米材料的环境风险提供关键的技术和基础数据,对安全使用纳米材料和技术具有重要的学术和应用价值。

英文摘要: The development and application of nanomaterials strongly depends on the assessment of their environmental and biological safety, which urgently requires the separation and purification techniques and instruments for nanomaterials. Currently available techniques are designed mainly for the separation and purification of small or macromolecules, and are not suitable for the preconcentration, separation and purification of nanomaterials in complex matrices. In this proposal, we plan to (i) develop some key instrument parts like membrane filter and monolithic column for size exclusion chromatography by using new mechanism and techniques such as recyclable supramolecular membranes, which can be fabricated by on-line self-assembly and dissolution, for the separation of nanomaterialand based on their characteristics ; (ii) combine on-line membrane filtration, hollow fiber membrane-based flow field-flow fractionation, and size exclusion chromatography with isoelectric focusing electrophoresis to develop a multiple instrument system for the separation and purification of nanomaterials; (iii) study the transport and transformation of some typical nanomaterials like nano-silver in environment and organism, and reveal the mechanism for the impacts of size and surface potential of nanomaterials on their environmental proces
