中文摘要: 随着TES的快速发展,其应用范围已由天文观测推广到了量子信息、单光子探测等诸多领域,其应用规模也由单像素发展到了上万像素。但与TES发展速度相比,其研究技术手段却没有取得相应进步。如何满足随着阵列规模发展所带来的复杂电路设计和性能优化要求以及如何提高TES响应速度等都是亟待解决的科学问题。本项目从器件模型仿真入手,以超导二流体理论为基础,结合电子建模技术,建立能高度集成化且易于使用的TES器件模型,为TES大规模阵列电路设计和研究提供技术支持。同时以此器件模型仿真为基础,研究TES在交流电压偏置下的行为特征,并提出TES快速响应的可行性方案。

英文摘要: With the development of TES, Tens to thousands of pixels have been fabricated and deployed in Astronomy telescopes, and we also have been already used the TES detector in the field of quantum information and single photon detection. As the scale of the detector array grows, the current research methods can not met the requirement of the development of the TES. With the long-term goal of making highly capable and integrated EDA tools that can support the design and simulation of the large scale of the TES detectors, we will develop new and accurate device models for TES based on the superfluid–normal fluid theory and give the feasibility of the scheme of TES rapid response by using the device model simulation. Finally, we also will research the behavioral of AC-biased TES circuits.
