中文摘要: 寻求良好热物理性能的新型陶瓷材料是热障涂层领域的研究热点,本项目以A2AlTaO7基稀土钽铝酸盐为研究对象,拟探明声子对该类材料导热性能的影响规律,进而对高温隔热陶瓷的成分、结构和性能进行设计。采用第二相掺杂等途径对A2AlTaO7基氧化物的成分、结构和热物理性能进行调控,采用溶胶凝胶法合成成分均匀的稀土钽铝酸盐粉体,通过对该类氧化物成分、结构和导热性能三者内在关系的深入探索,建立该陶瓷的导热性能调控机制,揭示导热机理,为最终制备出良好热物理性能的新型热障涂层材料及有效调控陶瓷的隔热性能提供理论指导。本项目的研究将为我国自主研发新型航空发动机做好技术储备,也可为将来研究其它具有更低热导率热障涂层材料提供可以借鉴的思路和方法。

英文摘要: Seeking to new ceramic materials of excellent thermophysical property is a key researching direction in the field of thermal barrier coatings. In present project, A2AlTaO7-based oxides was regarded as the research object in order to elucidate the impaction rule of phonon thermal conduction theory on its thermal conductivity, which can be used to design the constituent, structure and property. The constituent, crystal structure and thermophysical property of A2AlTaO7-based oxides were regulated by doping with second phases. The designed A2AlTaO7 powders were prepared by sol-gel method. By detailed exploration about the relation between constituent, crystal structure and thermophysical property, the mechanism of regulation and thermal conduction about this type oxides was established. The research results of the current project will provide theoretical guidance for preparation new ceramic materials for thermal barrier coatings and property regulation. All the results are technical provision for developing new-type advanced engines, and they can also provide new thought and method for the development of other ceramic materials for thermal barrier coatings.
