中文摘要: 含硼高分子具有优良的耐热性和阻燃性能,通过形成硼酸酯引入硼原子而构筑的超支化或树枝形高分子具有更优越的性能和更广泛的应用。本项目以硼酸和二元酚之间的反应为基础,通过探索反应条件对合成过程的影响,实现超支化和树枝形聚硼酸酯的可控合成。通过测定热分解温度和成炭率,跟踪热裂解产物的结构演变,阐明聚硼酸酯的化学组成、硼原子的成键方式和含量、端基种类、支化度和分子量等对其耐热性的影响,揭示这种高分子具有优良耐热性的原因。通过研究聚硼酸酯与酚醛树脂之间的相容性、反应性、固化物的结构和热裂解过程以及裂解产物的组成,揭示聚硼酸酯对酚醛树脂耐热性的影响规律。本项目拟通过合成苯基改性的氧化硼,并分析苯基改性氧化硼的酚醛树脂固化产物的结构演变,揭示B-O键在提高高分子耐热性的作用规律。本项目的开展不仅为含硼高分子的结构设计和合成提供新思路,还将有助于改善酚醛树脂的耐热性,拓宽酚醛树脂在耐烧蚀复合材料领域的应用。

英文摘要: Boron-containing organic polymers have excellent thermal stability and flame retardancy. Hyperbranched or dendritic polymers in which boron atoms were introduced in the form of borate group can exhibit superior performance and have more extensive applications. In this project, the hyperbranched and dendritic polyborates will be synthesized based on the reactions between boric acid and dihydric phenol. The polyborates with controllable structure will be synthesized finally by studying the reaction conditions. By measuring the decomposition temperature and char yield of polyborates, following the structure evolution of pyrolyzed products, the effects of the chemical composition, end groups, molecular weight, branching degree as well as the type of bond and quantity of boron atoms on thermal resistance of polyborate will be illustrated. In order to understand the influence of polyborate on the thermal resistance of phenolic resin, the miscibility, reactivity, structure and pyrolysis process of the cured products,and composition of the pyrolyzed products in the polyborate and phenolic resin system will be researched. As a result, the rule which polyborate affects on thermal resistance of phenolic resin would be discovered.
