中文摘要: 在电子商务和快速物流业高速发展的形势下,仓储管理是物流与供应链管理研究的前沿领域之一。分类存储策略是一种提高仓储系统周转效率的重要措施,分类存储策略下的物品种类划分以及仓储系统布局优化设计已成为现代物流管理中的重要课题。本项目考虑存储物品种类的有限性这一现实问题,以其对物品所需存储空间影响的研究为基础,分别以自动紧致化存储系统和基于过道的传统仓库为载体,对分类存储策略下的物品类别划分和仓储系统布局进行优化研究,以保证物品存取效率和存储空间使用效率的同时改善,实现仓储系统的高效运行。项目的主要研究内容包括:(1)分类存储策略下仓储系统所需存储空间的研究,(2)考虑物品种类有限性的物品种类划分和仓库区域边界优化研究,和(3)最优分类存储策略下的仓储系统布局优化研究。项目旨在揭示物品种类有限性对仓储系统运作的影响,完善分类存储策略的理论,提供仓储系统的布局优化策略,为促进仓储管理的发展提供支持。

英文摘要: Warehousing management is one of the most popular frontier issues in the current studies on logistics and supply chain management with the rapid development of e-commerce and express logistics industry. Class-based storage is a type of the most significant solutions to increase the turnover efficiency of the warehousing systems. Item classification and system configuration for warehousing systems with class-based storage have been regarded as the most important and popular research topics in modern warehousing management. By taking the influence of the finiteness of number of items stored in the system into account, the current project aims to study the optimal item classification (including the optimal number of classes and the corresponding class boundaries) and system configuration (such as shape factors and aisle configurations) for a warehousing system under class-based storage policy. The objective of the research is to minimize the average travel time to store/retrieval an item in the warehousing system. Main research contents of the project include (1) required storage spaces for each stored item and the warehousing system under the class-based storage policy by considering the influence of the finiteness of number of items, (2) the optimality of class-based storage policy for different types of warehousing systems, and (3) the optimal layout configuration for warehousing systems under class-based storage policy. Taking the influence of the finiteness of number of item stored in the warehousing systems into account, the project will enrich the theory of class-based storage policy, develop operational decisions to increase the performance of warehousing systems, and provide feasible support for the development of modern warehousing management.
