中文摘要: 随着航天技术的发展,聚合物材料在大尺度航天器及的空间站中应用越来越为广泛,聚合物材料在空间应用过程中,会受到多种环境因素的作用,多因素耦合场的共同作用下材料的性能退化。聚合物材料在航天器应用过程中材料往往处于应力加载状态,如太阳能柔性电池阵、太阳帆等,带电粒子辐照与应力行为共同作用于材料并导致材料性能退化。本研究以辐照-应力耦合场作用为切入点,以空间用聚酰亚胺材料为研究对象,通过电子顺磁共振技术研究不同耦合条件下聚酰亚胺材料辐照诱发自由基行为,采用多种材料现在分析手段对材料成分及结构的演化过程进行分析,探究应力场与辐照诱发自由基之间相互作用的机制,建立辐照-应力耦合场作用下材料辐照损伤模型,并借助于同步辐射X射线散射技术研究材料变形机制,该研究为聚合物材料辐照损伤理论研究及空间服役寿命预测提供新的途径。

英文摘要: With the development of space technology, the polymer materials are widely applied in the large scale spacecraft and space station, for the complexity characteristic of the space environment, the material property will degradation under the effect of multi-factor coupled field. The polymer material which applied in the spacecraft is often in loading state, such as the flexible solar cell array and solar sail, the charged particles irradiation together with the stress filed affect the polymer behavior and induce the degradation of the material. In this study, the polyimide behavior under the irradiation-stress coupled field are investigated. Using the electron paramagnetic resonance technique are applied to investigate the free radical behavior, and the various material analysis methods are applied to analyze the composition and structure of the polyimide. The interaction mechanism of the free radical and the stress filed are also investigated, and with the aid of synchrotron radiation X-ray scattering technology, the material deformation mechanism are studied. This investigation would provide a new approach for the polymer material irradiation damage theory and service life prediction of polymer in the space.
