中文摘要: 针对现有骨科植入物设计生产中存在的系列化植入物与骨骼匹配不理想,以及个性化产品设计周期长、效率低等问题,本项目引入曲面特征技术,研究骨科植入物的快速设计方法。一方面研究平均骨骼模型的生成,为骨科植入物产品系列化提供科学依据;另一方面为适应患者个体的骨骼差异性,研究骨骼的特征模型复原方法,以快速设计个性化植入物。主要内容包括:(1)研究骨骼分类及其语义参数定义,实现基于特征点的骨骼三维网格模型分割与曲面特征模型重构;(2)抽取骨骼主要形态参数并作为统计量,提出一种基于多元统计的平均骨骼模型生成方法,以便于系列化植入物设计;(3)为快速复原缺损骨骼模型,提出基于参数化变形模板的自适应复原方法;并利用带有受损痕迹的复原模型,实现个性化植入物设计;(4)研究基于曲面特征的植入物参数化设计方法,建立一种层次递进式的植入物特征编辑机制,方便植入物修改。项目研究成果有助于提高植入物设计质量和效率。

英文摘要: Considering such existing problems in current designing and producing orthopedic implants as imperfect matching of serialized implants with the patient's actual bone as well as low efficiency and long design cycle in designing individualized orthopedic implants, our project introduces the technology of surface feature and researches on an approach to rapidly design orthopedic implants. On the one hand, generation of mean bone models is researched so as to provide scientific basis for the design of serialized orthopedic implants and quantity proportion. On the other hand, an approach for restoring bone surface model is studied for the purpose of adapting itself to the bone differences between individual patients and rapidly designing individualized orthopedic implants. Our research work focuses on the following aspects: (1)Research on bone classification and its definition of semantic parameters, an approach is proposed for segmenting 3D bone model based on the characteristic points. (2)Extract the main parameters of bone shape and regard them as statistics, put forward an approach to generate the mean bone model based on these multivariate statistics, so as to facilitate the design of serialized orthopedic implants. (3) To rapidly restore the defective bone model, an adaptive restoration approach is proposed based on parametric deformable template, so as to realize the design of individualized orthopedic implants by making use of the restored model with damage sign. (4) Study the parametric design of implants based on surface feature and establish a hierarchy progressive editing mechanism of implants feature for the benefit of conveniently modifying implants. The research results of the project contribute to improving the design quality and efficiency of the implants.
