中文摘要: 数字化设计技术正推动着"牙科诊疗技术革命"。本课题在此背景下,将数字化设计技术与口腔医学修复紧密结合,对个性化口腔嵌体修复体设计理论展开研究,提出基于生物牙进化模型的口腔嵌体修复设计方法,主要内容包含: (1)研究牙齿解剖形态几何描述的基本原理,对三维牙合曲面形态进行谱聚类特征分析,以期用有限特征组合表征牙齿解剖形态。 (2)建立生物牙进化模型,采用统计法与主成份分析法相结合对样本牙合面的形态进行渐进分解,归纳统计生物牙形态特征的"纵、横"向进化关系,并进行动态建模。 (3)研究牙合曲面缺失部分的自动推理设计方法,提取残留牙表面的残留特征,基于生物牙进化模型的有限主特征解剖形态拓扑匹配,实现牙合曲面形态自动化渐进逼近设计。 (4)研究嵌体修复体设计的容差分配,采用分阶段误差仿真与加工实验验证相结合,建立基于设计参数的容差分配数学模型。

英文摘要: The digitized design technology is promoting a revolution in dental diagnostic technology. On this background, through the close combination of digitized design technology and restorative dentistry, the theory of individualized dental inlay design is studied, while the method based on the biological tooth evolution model is presented. The main contents include four parts as follows: (1) The basic principle of geometry description fot tooth morphology is researched and the morphological characters of occlusion are analyzed through the spectral clustering method in order to characterize the morphology with limited feature combination. (2) The biological tooth evolution model is constructed. The occlusal morphology of a specific sample is decomposed gradually, making use of statistical and principal component analysis approach comprehensively. By making the statistics of longitudinal and transverse evolutionary relationships of biological tooth morphological characteristics, the model can be established dynamically. (3) The auto-reasoning design method of the absent part of occlusal surface is studied.
