中文摘要: 黄瓜枯萎病是一种世界性的土传病害,在我国大面积发生,已成为限制黄瓜生产的毁灭性病害之一。现有技术不能满足生产中对该病检测的需求,迫切需要一种能推广应用的黄瓜枯萎病快速检测技术。本项目组前期对尖孢镰刀菌进行了傅立叶变换红外光谱分析,发现镰刀菌与其他土传病害真菌的红外谱图存在明显差异,可用于田间对黄瓜枯萎病的检测研究。鉴于此,项目组拟立项将红外光谱技术引入到植物病害的检测中,并与化学计量学、植物病理学相结合,通过学科交叉,研究黄瓜枯萎病的红外光谱快速检测技术,以期在症状出现前对种苗及土壤中病原菌进行检测,为病害的科学防治提供依据。这是首次将傅立叶变换红外光谱技术应用到黄瓜枯萎病的检测中,本项目的成功将为黄瓜枯萎病的早期快速检测提出新的思路,是红外光谱技术应用到植物病害检测的新突破。

英文摘要: Cucumber fusarium wilt is a worldwide soil-borne disease, causing cucumber wither and die down. The disease seriously occurred all over the country, and had become one of the barriers of cucumber production. How to detect the fusarium wilt of cucumber quantitatively and quickly has become a worldwide issue. In our early years studies, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) had been used to identify Fusarium oxysporum and other cucumber soil-borne fungi, and results showed that there were significant differences between the spectra of F. oxysporum and other cucumber soil-borne fungi, demonstrating that FTIR can been used to detect the fusarium wilt of cucumber. Consequently, this project intends to combine FTIR with chemometrics, biochemistry and phytopathology, to study the techniques for rapid detection and early-warning of cucumber fusarium wilt in field. The research would provide a new method for early detection of pathogens in seedlings and soil, before the occurrence of cucumber fusarium wilt, and provide the basis for prediction and prevention of the disease in field. This is the first time to apply FTIR technology to detect fusarium wilt of cucumber in fieid. The success of this project will provide new ideas to detect fusarium wilt of cucumber early and rapidly.
