中文摘要: 本项目以原位微观晶化过程研究为切入点,针对纳米Y 型分子筛合成产率低下和污染严重的关键问题为目的,通过优选原料种类,优化原料配比,调整合成条件,跟踪硅、铝、模板剂等物种的聚合反应,开展环保高产的水热合成纳米Y 型分子筛以及分子筛晶化机理的研究。设计获得可操作性强、重复性好的合成方法和工艺过程,达到环保高产的目的。研究原料种类、合成体系对合成产物的影响规律,深入对分子筛形成机理的认识。调控合成体系的成分及状态,研究影响合成体系中各物种的状态及其聚合反应的内在因素,建立对硅铝分子筛合成具有普适性的调控产物种类和性质的方法。通过深入研究硅铝物种聚合反应的影响因素与控制方法,对于开发新型分子筛和深入了解分子筛的形成机理都具有十分重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: This project set the study on in-situ microprocess of crystallization as a breakthrough point, aiming at the key problems of low yield and serious pollution in the synthesis of nanosized zeolite Y, to develop the green and high yield hydrothermal synthesis method for nanosized zeolite Y as well as the crystallization mechanism of the zeolite via the works on selecting the raw materials and adjusting its ratios, tuning the synthesis conditions, and tracking the aggregation reaction of silica,aluminium,templete,and so on. In the project, the synthesis method and technological process with properties of good maneuverability and repeatability will be designed for the purpose of green and high yield synthesis. To deeply investigate the formation mechanism of the zeolite, the effect of raw material and synthesis system on the product is studied. Via the control on the composition and state of the synthesis solution and exploration of the intrinsic factors that affect the state and aggregation manner of each species, the general methods of control of the sort and properites of the product are established.
