中文摘要: 多电平拓扑结构在中功率、大功率调速系统或可再生能源并网系统应用中被广泛采用。其功率器件的可靠性问题也受到强烈关注。在线运行环境下的健康状态监测,能准确反映变流器运行过程中功率器件的健康状态,是有效解决其可靠性的重要途径。而在线运行环境下IGBT功率模块的健康状态监测不仅需要利用运行现场数据提取反映失效类型的特征量,还需要保证变流器性能不受监测过程的影响。本项目正是从这两大关键问题为出发点,以具有冗余特性的多电平并网变流器为研究对象,利用多电平的冗余特性以及并网变流器间歇工作特性,优化安排特征量提取时序,实现周期和随机时间间隔下功率模块的状态监测和健康评估。此外,基于融合监测方法研究统一的状态监测模型的设计理论和功能实现,根据功率器件不同工作状态下获取的监测数据分析其工作状态与特征量提取之间的相互影响关系,为多电平并网变流器可靠性的研究拓宽新思路,开拓新方法。

英文摘要: Multilevel topologies are widely used in the medium or high power driving system and renewable energy generation system. And the reliability of their power modules gives rise to very strong concerns consequently. In-situ health monitoring technology enables to reflect the health conditions of power modules during their operations, which provides benefits for solving the reliability problems. Normally prognostic parameters need to be measured in field for indicating IGBTs’ aging process accurately, meanwhile the measuring process need to guarantee the non-interruption of the converter operations. This project exactly focus on these requirements, and investigate the proper extract method of prognostic parameters based on redundancy and intermittent operation characteristics of multilevel grid-tied inverters, for achieving health monitoring of IGBTs power modules in both periodic and random intervals. Moreover, the design theory and function realization of generalized condition monitoring method are presented in this project as well, and the relationships between the operation characteristics of IGBTs power modules and the prognostic parameters extraction are discussed subsequently. All of the research are promised to broaden new ideas and exploit new methods for reliability investigation of multilevel grid-tied inverters.
