中文摘要: 煤层钻孔抽采瓦斯是煤矿防治瓦斯灾害的基本手段,塌孔、喷孔、卡钻等钻进失效处理是实现智能煤层钻进的关键。从钻机-钻具-煤岩三者的耦合作用出发,综合应用煤岩切削理论、机械动力学、自动控制和信息处理技术,将钻进失效视作三者相互作用下钻进工作状态的衰变过程,通过理论建模、数值仿真、实验研究和现场试验,探索并揭示煤岩钻进的失效机理并提出其装备的自适应控制方法。主要研究内容包括:1)钻机-钻具-煤岩的一体化耦合动力学建模及解耦原理;2)钻进系统动态响应分析及钻进失效状态衰变过程建模;3)钻进装备的自适应控制策略与失效消解方法;4)钻进自适应控制系统开发与井下智能煤层钻进装备应用。项目研究不仅有助于完善煤层钻进动力学理论,而且能为未来少人或无人工作面的智能钻进装备开发提供理论和技术支持,对于提升我国煤矿装备的设计水平进而促进煤矿安全高效生产具有重要意义,也对其它现代钻掘装备的开发具有借鉴和指导意义。

英文摘要: Gas drainage through the holes drilled in coalseam is the basic means to prevent and control gas disasters in coal mining, such as outburst of gas, gas explosion,etc. Intelligent drilling is an automated drilling method with the help of MWD instruments,especially for the development of high-risk resource of soft and outburst coalseam. Drilling accidents,such as hole collaps and jamming of tools, often happen in the process of in-seam drilling. Automatically handling these failure behaviors in drilling process is the key for intelligent drilling. In this project, the mechanism of in-seam drilling failures and the methods of adaptive control for drilling device are studied through modeling, simulating, experiments and field tests. Drilling failure is viewed as the state degradation under the interactions among three factors of rig, tool and coalseam. The research contents include the following five parts: (1)rig-tool-seam coupled model and its decoupled mechanism; (2)dynamic response analysis of drilling system and model of state degradation for drilling failures; (3)adaptive control strageties of drilling process and the methods of eliminating failures; (4)development of adaptive control system and its application in intelligent drilling.
