中文摘要: 钢弹簧浮置板轨道应用于高铁高架线上,整体道床减振系统使其隔振界面越来越低、参振质量越来越高、系统固有频率越来越低,减振隔振效果也越来越好。课题研究要点:.(1)建立高铁车辆、浮置板轨道与桥梁相互作用分析模型:车辆模型为多刚体动力系统;用Euler梁模拟钢轨,三维实体有限元模拟浮置板;车辆与轨道耦合不仅考虑车轮和钢轨耦合作用,而且考虑车辆相对轨道的移动效应;建立桥梁动力有限元方程,将轨道和桥梁运动方程结合在一起,讨论桥梁阻尼矩阵以及特征值问题。.(2)探索高速列车-浮置板轨道-桥梁耦合系统空间振动传递特性:建立车辆、轨道系统和桥梁空间分析模型及动力学方程,分析解决耦合系统竖、纵、横向三维振动传递特性。.(3)研究将浮置板轨道视为多级隔振系统,完成设计参数匹配及减振隔振优化设计:明确不同参数对结构振动特性与隔振性能的影响后,进一步对轨道结构各项参数进行合理匹配,使轨道结构达到最佳减振隔振性能。

英文摘要: Steel spring floating slab track structure is applied to high speed railway overhead line, the whole track damping system make the isolation interface more and more low, the mass of vibration more and more high, the natural frequency of the system is getting more and more low, the vibration isolation effect is also getting better and better. This project focuses on the effects of usage of the steel spring floating slab track on a coupling system consisting of vehicles, tracks and bridges as well as its vibration reduction. For this, the project mainly includes three aspects as follows..(1) A complete analysis model for the coupling vibration of high-speed train、steel spring floating slab track structure and viaduct is presented in this Research project. The vehicle model is a multi rigid body dynamic system, The rail is simulated by Euler beam, The floating slab track is simulated by 3-D finite element method;The vehicle and track coupling wheel and rail interaction is not only taken into account, but also considered the effect of the relative orbit mobile vehicle;Building the dynamic finite element equation of bridge, combining the rail and bridge motion equation together, to discuss the issue of bridge damping matrices and eigenvalue..(2). The spatial vibration transfer characteristics of high speed train, floating slab track, viaduct coupling system is explored. Build the space analysis model and dynamics equation of the vehicle, track structure and bridge;Analysis and solve the coupling system of vertical, longitudinal, transversal 3D vibration transfer characteristics..(3). In research, the floating slab track is looked as multi-stage vibration isolation system, to complete matching the parameters design and the optimization vibration isolation design. Firstly make clear the effects of different parameters on the vibration characteristics of structure and the performance of vibration isolation, further reasonable matching parameters of track structure, then to make the track structure to be the best vibration isolation performance.
