中文摘要: 水葫芦是富集水体氮、磷能力最强的水生植物之一,近年来已被广泛应用于污水修复工程中。水葫芦又是一种非常危险的外来物种,其适应能力强、繁殖速度快,如果控制不当,极易泛滥成灾,对环境和农业生产带来巨大危害。水葫芦固化成型制备生物质颗粒燃料是水葫芦资源化利用最直接的方法之一。利用机械力将水葫芦压缩或挤压成为含水量较低、容积密度较大、热值较高、便于运输和储藏的固体燃料,是煤和薪柴优秀的清洁替代燃料。本课题针对水葫芦特有的化学成分和物理特性,研究压力、温度、湿度和原料颗粒尺寸等加工参数对水葫芦颗粒燃料品质的影响机理,建立水葫芦颗粒燃料的抗压强度、抗破碎率和容积密度与各加工参数之间的数学模型,优化设计出最优加工参数组合,为水葫芦制备高质量的颗粒燃料提供理论依据,促进水葫芦颗粒燃料产业的发展,对发展我国生物质清洁能源,改善能源消费结构,促进节能减排具有积极的意义,为水葫芦资源化利用开辟新途径。

英文摘要: Being one of the best aquatic plants which can absorb nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) element abundantly in the water, water hyacinth has been wildly used in the wastewater treatment projects in recent years. However, owing to its strong adaptability and rapid propagation speed, water hyacinth is a very dangerous invasive species, out of control, it may easily widespread and bring great harm to the environment and agricultural production. Compressing water hyacinth into biomass solid fuel is one of the most direct methods of utilizing water hyacinth as a resource. By using mechanical force, water hyacinth can be compressed into solid fuel which has a lower water content, higher bulk density, and higher heat value, and it will be more convenient for transportation and storage. Water hyacinth pellets fuel has the potential to be an excellent clean alternative energy for coal and wood.
