中文摘要: 磁电材料由于其在传感器、换能器、多功能存储器件等方面巨大的应用潜力而备受关注。钙钛矿型镧锶锰氧/钛酸钡复合材料,由于其晶体结构相似、物理特性丰富、且无铅环保成为磁电材料的研究热点。为了实现磁电材料与半导体工艺集成,要求磁电材料能直接沉积在Si衬底上。薄膜是磁电耦合特性与取向生长和界面应力特性密切相关。本项目拟采用化学溶液法,在Si衬底上制备钙钛矿型BTO/LSMO磁电复合薄膜,利用缓冲层等途径调控其取向生长,研究取向、界面应力对其生长特性的影响,揭示薄膜取向生长的物理机制;研究取向、界面应力对薄膜磁电耦合特性的影响,特别是开展微区磁电耦合特性和磁介电特性的研究,阐明其结构特性对薄膜磁电耦合特性影响的物理机制,为设计和制造新型磁电功能器件提供良好的材料基础和知识积累。

英文摘要: Recently, interest has been rapidly growing on magnetoelectric materials for potential practical applications in sensors, transducers, electric-write magnetic-read memory, etc. Perovskite-type BTO/LSMO multilayer thin films were focused because of their similar crystal structures, special physical properties and environment friendly. As to be integrated with semiconductor process, the magnetoelectric thin films shoule be deposited on Si substrate. In this study, perovskite-type BTO/LSMO thin films will be grown on Si substrate by chemical solution deposition method. The influence of the growth and post-annealing processes on the structure property will be summarized. Especially the manipulation of magnetoelectric coupling properties by orientation or interfacial strain will be summarized. And furthermore, magnetic dielectric properties and magnetoelectric coupling properties in micro-zone, will be systemically studied.
