中文摘要: 为了详细研究掺杂稀土元素的涂氏磷钙石的荧光性,本项目拟以β-Ca3(PO4)2为基体,选择La3+、Nd3+、Sm3+、Eu3+、Ho3+、Er3+、Lu3+等轻、中、重稀土元素阳离子为掺杂剂,采用高温高压实验技术制备掺杂稀土元素的涂氏磷钙石(γ-Ca3(PO4)2),通过荧光光谱的测定,以及用晶体场理论或配位场理论定量计算荧光峰的位置、谱线分裂和跃迁概率,研究合成产物的荧光发光性质并测定其荧光寿命。并利用发射光谱和激发光谱等谱学手段,研究掺杂的稀土离子存在的状态、价态、占位和电荷补偿方式,结合合成产物的X衍射、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜和透射电镜的结果探讨掺杂稀土涂氏磷钙石荧光粉的结构与荧光性的关系,考察合成压力、掺杂浓度对掺杂稀土元素涂氏磷钙石的荧光性的影响。

英文摘要: For better understanding of photoluminescence of REE-doped tuite,this proposal will use β-Ca3(PO4)2 as the base and La3+、Nd3+、Sm3+、Eu3+、Ho3+、Er3+、Lu3+ as the dopant to make the starting materials for high-pressure and high-temperature experimental synthesis. The synthesized γ-Ca3(PO4)2 doped with REE will be checked by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope (SEM), and transmission electron microscope (TEM).The photoluminescence of synthesized REE-doped tuite will be measured by fluorescence spectroscopy,combined with the crystal filed theory and ligand field theory for quantitative calcuations of fluorescence peaks,splitting of spectral lines and the transition probalility,to obtain their luminescent characteristics and lifetime.By using the emission and excitation spectra, the state,valence,occupation, mass and charge compensation way of rare earth ions in synthesized samples will be examined. The relationships between contents of REE and luminescence of samples, and the effect of pressure on the luminescence of samples will also be investigated.
