中文摘要: 羟基多氯联苯是食品化学污染物多氯联苯在生物体内主要的代谢产物,研究证实具有激素干扰效应,被称为第二代环境持久性污染物。多氯联苯沉积于水体及沉积物,使水生生物易受污染,多氯联苯在水生生物体内羟基代谢物种类、蓄积方式以及代谢产物在环境中的分布及传递特征等研究欠缺,使羟基多氯联苯成为环境和水产品安全的潜在隐患。本项目将以2,2',4,5,5'-PCB101(七种指示性多氯联苯之一)为目标化合物,以鲫鱼为实验模型,腹腔注射法对鲫鱼暴露PCB101,采用气相色谱三重四级杆串联质谱法鉴别PCB101在鲫鱼体内的羟基代谢产物;研究代谢产物在不同组织间蓄积特征;并对典型多氯联苯污染区环境及生物样品进行抽样测定,探索羟基多氯联苯在环境中的分布和传递特征。本研究对于揭示多氯联苯在环境中的最终归向及存在形态具有重要意义,对防范羟基多氯联苯作为第二代持久性污染物引起的环境和水产品安全问题,具有现实意义。

英文摘要: Hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyls are main metabolites of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in orgnisms which are nominated as the second generated persistent environmental pollutants. It has become a new research topic in the worldwide for the potential endocrine disrrupting effects. And it becomes one of factors influencing environment and fishery products safety. GC/MS/MS method for detecting hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyls in fishery products has been completed. In the present study, the target compound is PCB101, and Carassius auratus is used as experimental animal model. The purpose of the study is to confirm the metabolites of PCB101 in Carassius auratus and meanwhile the accumulating characteristics in different tissues will be analyzed.Intraperitoneal injection is used for the exposure of PCB101.In the following 180d after exposure, the exposed Carassius auratus will be dissected for sampling muscle, liver and other tissues. And GC/MS/MS method is used to confirm hydroxylated metabolites in different tissues. And in the present study, premilinary study is designed to investigate the concentration of hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyls in typical PCBS polluted area. Expection on the present study, the results will confirm the hydroxylated metabolites in Carassius auratus and explain its transmitting characteristics in different tissues and environmental orgnisms. The research is beneficial to prewarn the problem of fishery products safety originated from hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyls. And it will be helpful to reveal the real polluted level of polychlorinated biphenyls in environment and orgnisms. And it is very important for the exploration of the final existing form of polychlorinated biphenyls in environment.
