中文摘要: 利用介孔孔道排列整体有序、孔道贯通、表面经过官能团修饰的垂直取向介孔膜高效脱除水中的重金属离子是饮用水重金属污染治理中极具发展潜力的新途径。本项目在合成介孔孔道垂直穿透管壁的SiO2纳米管的基础上,分别以硅片、多孔陶瓷片为基质,设计合成SBA-15垂直取向介孔膜;研究SBA-15前驱体溶胶在基质表面的自组装过程并揭示其调控机制;通过控制基质表面单位面积上SBA-15前驱体溶胶的量,制备SBA-15垂直取向介孔薄膜;利用介孔孔道的初始定向作用,使介孔孔道外延生长,调控垂直取向介孔膜的厚度。利用含巯基、氨基官能团的化合物修饰多孔陶瓷片表面的垂直取向介孔膜;研究官能团结构、垂直取向介孔膜厚度对高效脱除水中Hg, Cr等重金属离子的影响。本项目的完成将揭示SBA-15前驱体溶胶在基质表面自组装的规律,实现对介孔孔道方向的调控,为垂直介孔薄膜器件的应用研究提供基础;为水污染的治理提供新方法。

英文摘要: It is a new potential way for the treatment of drinking water containing low concentration of heavy metal ions, using vertically oriented mesoporous films with ordered openning mesochannels modified by functional groups to adsorb the ions in water.On the basis of the synthesis of silica nanotubes with mesopores perforating the wall, here we focus on the synthesis of vertically oriented mesoporous films of SBA-15 on the substrate of porous ceramic and silicon plate. The self-assemble process of SBA-15 precursor on the substrate surface and the regulation of the mesochannel will be studied. Vertically oriented mesoporous films can be prepared by carfully controlling the amount of the SBA-15 precursor on per unit area surface of the substrate, and the thickness of the vertical mesoporous SiO2 film can be regulated by the growth of the mesopore along the initial orientation. Modified with mercapto and amino-containing groups,the prepared vertically oriented mesoporous film can be used as an efficient absortive materials for heavy metal ions, such as Hg, Cr ions. The effect of the structure of the functional groups and the thickness of the vertical mesoporous film on the adsorption of heavy metals in drinking water will be also investigated.The completion of this project will help people reveal the law of the self-a
