中文摘要: 本项目从飞机移动装配线的设计与运作决策背景出发,提出了三个相互关联的项目调度问题。分析与引入资源技能选择、作业模式选择决策和作业调度计划、资源分配计划之间的影响关系,研究具有复杂特征的单项目调度问题的建模与优化方法。针对节拍式装配过程调度决策需求,提出并研究具有周期性调度要求的多项目协同调度问题的建模方法。在此基础上,研究具有节拍约束的资源投入型项目调度问题,以实现不同外部需求下装配线线上资源的优化配置。同时,对于上述复杂问题的优化求解,提出并研究基于分层的元启发式搜索算法或基于问题最优性分解的循环迭代搜索算法。以上研究在建模对象和建模方法等方面都是对现有调度理论的进一步扩展与深入,具有理论创新意义,同时也为实际生产中普遍存在的一类节拍式资源共享型装配生产过程调度的科学决策提供核心支撑。

英文摘要: This research project proposes to study three interlinked resource constrained project scheduling problems arising from the designing and operational decisions for aircraft assembly move line. After analyzing the influence relationships among the skill designating decisions for multi-skill resources, the operating mode choices for multi-mode tasks and the scheduling of tasks and resources, the research proposes to study the modeling and optimizing methods for single project scheduling problem with certain complicated characteristics. In order to satisfy the decision requirements in a tact assembly process, the research proposes to study a modeling method for multi-project cyclically scheduling problem. Furthermore, it also proposes to study a resource investment project scheduling problem with the cycle time constraint so as to be able to acquire the optimized resource configurations of an assembly line according to various market demand rates. At the same time, it also proposes to design the meta-heuristic and iterative search algorithms respectively based on variable- or problem- decomposition frameworks to solve the above complicated problems. The research is considered to extend the existing scheduling theory at the dimensions of modeling aspects and methodology. Meanwhile, it provides as well the key support for the operational decisions commonly met in industry for tact assembly line with sharing resources.
