中文摘要: 随着经济的全球化,IT企业多运用全球交付模式处理不同区域的IT项目。为高效调度全球交付模式下的IT项目,此课题将重点研究IT项目资源柔性的特点,以此建立IT项目柔性资源约束调度模型,并设计相应智能优化算法。为达到全球交付模式下项目调度收益的最大化,在分析全球交付模式动态环境对IT项目选择所造成的各种不确定因素的基础上,研究此模式下IT项目集构成问题,以此建立IT项目选择优化模型,并设计相应的多目标智能优化算法。为适应全球交付模式下跨区域调度IT项目所带来的不确定性和复杂性,在分析各IT项目/项目集之间时序和逻辑关系的基础上,构建此模式下IT项目集柔性资源约束多层次集成调度模型,重点设计全球支付模式下子区域的IT项目集柔性资源调度问题的智能优化算法,以及全球支付模式下跨区域IT项目集柔性资源调度问题的全局优化算法。此项目的研究能达到全球交付模式下IT项目集调度的整体多目标优化和资源优化配置。

英文摘要: Nowadays many IT enterprises manage the IT projects under the global delivery architecture with the economic globalization. In order to schedule the IT projects more efficiently under the global delivery architecture, this project will study the features of flexible resource in IT projects. We will model the flexible resource constrained IT project scheduling problem and propose the corresponding evolutionary algorithms. In order to obtain the maximum profit of the IT program scheduling under the global delivery architecture, we will analyze the uncertain factors during IT program composition through IT project selection and design the relevant multi-objective evolutionary algorithms. In order to deal with the complexity of cross-region IT program scheduling problem under the global delivery architecture, we will first analyze the logic and precedence relationships among IT projects. Then we will build a multi-level scheduling model for the flexible resource constrained cross-region IT program scheduling problem and design the corresponding evolutionary algorithms.
