中文摘要: 石墨烯以其优异的物理化学性能和广阔的应用前景成为当今科学界的研究热点。化学气相沉积(CVD)法制备出大面积的多晶或单晶石墨烯,但目前如何实现对石墨烯结构和形貌如晶粒尺寸和取向、层厚及均匀性的有效控制,技术上仍不成熟。由于石墨烯具有强的抗磁各向异性,强磁场对CVD法制备石墨烯过程会产生充分的影响。此外,通过对石墨烯进行改性与功能化,调制其电子结构,可得到具有不同结构和性能的石墨烯衍生物,扩展其应用领域。本项目将:(1)采用CVD化学方法生长石墨烯材料,重点研究强磁场对CVD生长过程和石墨烯结构和性能的影响,探索强磁场对气相反应中的物理化学过程的影响。(2)利用p共轭有机分子和单分子磁体在磁场下对石墨烯表面进行修饰,研究由此引起的结构和电磁性质改变,来探索提高石墨烯材料性能的有效途径和发现新的功能特性。

英文摘要: Graphene is one of the hottest research topics in the world because of its excellent physical and chemical properties and broad application prospect. Chemical vapor deposition ( CVD ) is a excellent way to produce large area polycrystalline or single-crystalline graphene, but it is still not perfect to effectively control the morphology and structure of graphene, such as grain size and orientation, layer thickness and uniformity. As there is a strong anti-magnetic anisotropy in 2D-graphene, high magnetic field applied in the process of CVD preparation of graphene would cause full impact. In addition, through modification and functionalization of graphene to modulate the electronic structure, graphene derivatives with different structures and properties can be obtained, which will help to extend its applications. In this project, firstly, we plan to grow graphene by CVD and other chemical ways, focusing on the impacts of high magnetic field on the CVD growth process of graphene and its final structure or performance, which is a good example of research on the physical and chemical effect in gas phase reactions by high magnetic field.
