中文摘要: 乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)是人类乙型肝炎的病原体。HBV的靶器官主要是肝脏,但有资料报道,HBV亦可感染外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood monocyte,PBMC)并在PBMC中进行复制。HBV感染PBMC可影响机体的免疫状态,并引起HBV持续感染及感染反复,但有关HBV感染PBMC的具体机制并不清楚。病毒与细胞表面的受体结合是HBV感染细胞的第一步。存在于肝细胞表面的HBV受体在PBMC并未检测到,推测在PBMC表面可能存在其他的HBV受体。PBMC表面HBV受体的分离与鉴定将有助于阐明HBV感染 PBMC的机制,了解HBV在体内的传播途径,并为HBV患者的诊断和治疗提供新的思路和方法。

英文摘要: Hepatitis B virus (HBV)is the pathogen of human hepatitis B. The liver is the main target organ of HBV, however, it was reported that HBV can infect peripheral blood monocytes (PBMC) and replicate in PBMC. HBV infecting PBMC may affect the body’s immune state, result in persistent and recurrent infection of HBV, but the mechanism of how HBV infecting PBMC remains unclear. HBV binding to the receptor on cell membrane is the first step of infection. The attachment site of the virus and the receptor on hepatocyte memberane have been identified, but the same receptor was not detected in PBMC. It is conjectured that there is another receptor of HBV on the memberane of PBMC. Isolation and identification of the HBV receptor on the memberane of PBMC may help to understand the mechanism of how HBV infecting PBMC and the mode of HBV transmission in vivo and provide additional novel ways in which such entry can be interfered with.
