中文摘要: 心脏计算可视化对心脏实验数据和数学模型加以分析和处理,并将结果以视觉感知的方式表现出来,以揭示正常和病理条件下心脏的生物物理特性。当前心脏计算可视化聚焦于单形态单层级心脏的结构与功能可视化,缺少对心脏复杂的综合功能现象的分析和表现。为了更深入地理解目前靠生理实验及临床手段无法洞察的心脏内部三维空间的耦合功能运行机制,本课题创新性地拟开展心脏多形态耦合与层级级联计算可视化方法的研究,综合运用心脏解剖学和计算生物学,建立心脏解剖结构、纤维刺激导向及动态兴奋传导多个形态的耦合关联,捕捉形态之间的耦合信息,揭示出通过多态耦合才能呈现出的心脏综合活动特征;将心脏从细胞到器官各级进行层级关联,可视化出各层级的区域空间相互对应的生物物理现象,揭示心脏器官的宏观功能现象在微观细胞级别的活动根源。本研究为观察并深入理解心脏生物物理活动现象以及心脏疾病的预防、治疗与药物设计提供一个更为有效的研究手段和依据。

英文摘要: By comprehensively applying cardiac anatomy, calculation of physiology and dynamics, computation and visualization of heart take advantage of powerful computer processing and graphics presentation to make the analysis and processing for experimental heart data and mathematical model in the way of human visual perception, which explores biophysical properties of heart under normal and pathology condition. It is now an important research direction in the study of modern cardiology. In this project, study of cardiac multi scale and multi pattern coupling computing visualization is carried out. Using parallel computation of large data and scientific visualization theory and technology, this project focuses on cardiac multi pattern including fiber orientation, conduction of stimulus and electrical excitation reactivity coupling visualization on the level from cell to organ and time varying coherence visualization of coupling cardiac. Thereby researchers can understand heart data, form concept and find out discipline, then speculate heart physiological and pathological responses. Meanwhile a solid technical support for further virtual surgery based on virtual heart model, pacemaker simulation and drug reaction testing is provided.
