中文摘要: 目前,在国内外的汽车板镀锌生产线中,由于板的振动导致镀锌质量不合格的情况十分普遍。因此,局部浸液运动板振动机理的研究对改善镀锌板表面质量有重要的应用价值。本项目拟考虑液体对运动板的耦合作用,根据Lagrange方法建立局部浸液运动板横向振动的运动微分方程。利用分离变量法和Fourier级数展开法,推导描述液体-运动板耦合作用的速度势的积分表达式。采用Rayleigh-Ritz法求解局部浸液运动板的固有特性。分析变速度运动板局部与液体耦合时参数共振的稳定性。通过近似解析法和数值法对局部浸液运动板的非线性振动特性进行理论分析。考察浸液深度、液体域的空间尺寸、板与水槽的相对位置、板的运动速度、边界条件、面内预加张力等系统参数对浸液运动板振动特性的影响。该课题是镀锌板生产线亟需解决的问题,研究成果可为镀锌板生产线的改进提供理论支持,同时也可推进轴向运动体系振动问题及流-固耦合问题的研究。

英文摘要: At present, in automotive galvanized plate production line at home and abroad, the situation that the quality of galvanizing is always unqualified due to the vibrations of plate is very common. Thus, studies on the vibration mechanism of moving plates partially immersed in a liquid are very important for improving the surface quality of galvanized plate. This project plan to establish the differential equation of motion for the transverse vibration of moving plates partially immersed in a liquid by using Lagrangian approach, with consideration of the effects of fluid-structure interaction and mid-plane displacements and inertias. The method of separation of variables and the method of Fourier series expansion are used to model fluid and to obtain the exact expression of the motion of fluid in the form of integral equations including the dynamic deformation of the plate. The Rayleigh-Ritz approach is used to solve the natural characteristics of the system. Stability analysis in parametric resonance of axially moving plates with time-dependent speed and partially immersed in a liquid is carried out. The nonlinear vibration characteristics of moving plates partially immersed in a liquid are analyzed by using both approximate analytical and numerical methods.
