中文摘要: 本项目采用计算模拟和实验方法对脉冲电流驱动模式下热电制冷的系统动态特性及其优化与控制进行深入的理论分析与实验研究。探索脉冲式热电制冷的动态物理过程特性及其特征参数变化规律,阐明脉冲式热电制冷过程中的瞬态过冷效应与脉冲间隙冷端温度过冲特性以及对被冷却电子器件温度的影响规律;研究脉冲驱动模式与热电制冷的高效耦合机制,探讨脉冲驱动模式及其参量变化对制冷性能的影响关系,获得最佳脉冲驱动模式与优化调控方法;研究变工况及动态工作条件下热沉与脉冲式热电制冷的匹配关系,提出适合脉冲式热电制冷的高效经济的热沉方式及其优化匹配方法;探寻脉冲式热电制冷的非稳态建模新方法及构建系统优化模型,对脉冲式热电制冷系统进行热力学优化分析,获得系统优化设计方法。本研究将从更深的层次上揭示非稳态热电制冷过程的物理本质和基本规律,丰富热电制冷的理论体系,同时将为脉冲式热电制冷技术应用于电子器件冷却领域奠定基础并提供开发思路。

英文摘要: In this project, we will carry out the study with simulating and experimental methods on dynamic characteristics, optimization and control of the thermoelectric cooling system using the current pulse. We will investigate the dynamic behavior and the variation of characteristic parameters of the pulsed thermoelectric cooling system and clarify the transient supercooling effect, the temperature overshoot of cold-junction during the pulse-off time and their influence on cooling electric devices. We will also study the high-efficiency coupling of pulse mode and thermoelectric cooling system, discuss the effects of pulse parameters on the cooling performances of the thermoelectric cooling system, and then obtain the optimal pulse mode and corresponding optimized control policy for process adjustment. In particular, we will investigate the configuration of heat sink in relation to the pulsed thermoelectric cooling system under varied operating conditions, and propose a high-efficiency and economical heat sink device including the optimization framework and heat sink fabrication techniques for configuring the pulsed thermoelectric cooling system.
