中文摘要: 强磁场作为一种特殊技术在材料的生长和相关物性研究中发挥着重要的作用。本申请中,我们将以单相多铁性材料、纳米磁性超构材料和磁性graphene等磁性功能材料为对象,研究在强磁场下生长对材料的取向、结构以及磁性等性质的影响,通过改变磁场、退火温度等制备条件来调控材料的物性。还将通过强磁场下的相关设备对材料的磁性、磁电耦合、微结构等进行表征,对单相多铁性材料的磁电耦合机制、氮掺杂graphene的磁性来源等进行分析研究。为探讨强磁场下材料的生长机理、优化材料物性以及发展新型磁性功能材料提供理论和实验依据。

英文摘要: As a special technique, high-magnetic-field (HMF) plays an important role in the study of the growth of the materials and their related physical properties. In this proposal, the effect of HMF on the orientation, structure and magnetism of some magnetic functional materials, such as single-phase multiferroics, nanomagnetic metamaterials and magnetic graphene, will be investigated. We hope that the physical properties of the materials can be adjusted by tuning the magnitude of HMF and annealing temperature. On the other hand, the magnetism, magnetoelectric coupling and micro-structure of these materials will be measured by some instruments under HMF, and the mechanism of magnetoelectric coupling of single-phase multiferroics and the origin of the magnetism of Nitrogen-doped graphene will be analyzed and discussed. All these studies would provide the theoretical and experimental evidence for exploring the growing mechanism of the materials under HMF, optimizing the physical properties of the materials and developing new-type magnetic functional materials.
