中文摘要: 船舶建造企业运作决策因面临着空间资源、资源柔性、面向资源的任务动态可重组性等"非平凡"约束而高度复杂,导致运作效率低、资源利用率不高,有必要研究非平凡资源约束下能够有效协调和优化各项目、各组织活动执行及资源利用的计划/调度问题模型及方法。拟建立空间资源分类、度量和利用机制模型,建立空间资源约束项目调度问题模型,提出基于模糊时间估算和无序任务时空拟合的项目调度生成模式、优先规则和基于计算几何的启发式资源分配算法;建立资源柔性约束项目调度问题模型,提出基于网络流理论的资源分配方法和改进调度生成模式;建立任务重组与任务/资源调度的交互机制模型和考虑任务可重组性的项目调度问题模型,提出基于分解技术的协调优化方法;提出非平凡资源约束项目调度测试问题生成方法及工具;针对资源分层协调和多层次计划协调需求,提出分层生产计划与资源利用计划体系,形成综合解决方案;研究成果将在某船舶建造企业验证。

英文摘要: Shipbuilding enterprises operation decisions constantly encounter low operational efficiency and resource utilization because of the highly complex "non-trivial" resource constrains introduced by the spatial resources, resource flexibility and resource-oriented tasks dynamically reconfiguration. Thus it's necessary to study the non-trivial resource constrained planning and scheduling models and methods to effective coordinate and to optimize activity execution and resource utilization for the projects and organizations. During the research work, (1) the classification model, measurement model and utilization mechanism model will be set up, then spatial resource constrained project scheduling model will be proposed and a scheduling generation schema based on fuzzy time estimating and disorderly task time and space fitting, some priority rules, resource allocation algorithms based on computation geometry are proposing to settle the model. (2) A model for resource constrained project scheduling considering resource flexibility will be set up and a net flow theory based resource allocaton method and an adapted scheduling generation schema will be presented to solve the model.
