中文摘要: 特种车辆精确定位及优化调度将是机场提高航班正点率、保障飞行安全、提高经济效益的重要手段之一。本项目拟通过研究多种异类传感器数据融合模型,实现特种车辆在机场复杂环境下的精确定位;以此为基础,通过研究针对特种车辆作业特点的多Agent调度体系结构和全局动态协作策略,设计出综合考虑作业计划编制与动态调整策略需要的规划和调度结构,形成能有效满足飞机地面服务中时间约束、空间约束和定制需求的特种车辆整体调度解决方案。以期在针对特定问题的多传感器数据融合算法和面向动态调度问题的多Agent体系结构的构建与验证方面获得创新。

英文摘要: Imprecise localization and optimize scheduling of special vehicles will be one of the important means that airport improve flight punctuality, assure flight safety, and increase economic efficiency. In this project, we firstly fuse the information from multi-sensors to achieve the precise location of special vehicles in the complex airport environment; With the results obtained above, we further study the scheduling architecture and global dynamic collaboration strategy based on multi-agent methods, then design the scheduling structure in consider of the plan-making and dynamically adjustment , finally obtain the scheduling solutions which can meet the time constraints, space constraints and customization needs. The innovations of this proposal include two points: one is the design of multi-sensor data fusion model, and the other is the construction and verification of the multi-agent architecture for the dynamic scheduling problem.
