中文摘要: 移动和无线通信的快速发展要求在一个通信系统里能够兼容多个通信制式,这是减少无线通信设备成本和体积的一个重要途径,也是现代无线通信的发展趋势。现在小型平面多频RF滤波器已经越来越被广泛的应用于各种现代无线通信系统中。针对目前已有的多频滤波器的每个通带的中心频率和带宽不能同时独立调节,我们采用组合谐振器结构解决;针对多频滤波器各通带的带宽不可控和带外衰减不能独立控制,我们采用适合多频滤波器的可控耦合结构解决。根据多频滤波器物理模型我们将构造多频滤波器的等效电路,并建立一套切实可行的多频滤波器综合设计方法。最后,为了验证提出的综合理论,我们将结合组合谐振器和可控电磁混合耦合结构,设计适用于GPS L1和WLAN系统的三频滤波器,以及适用于GPS L1、GSM和北斗系统四频滤波器。这不仅能够促进多频滤波器的发展和应用,同时也促进现代无线通信技术的发展。

英文摘要: With the rapid developments of mobile and wireless communications, multi communication modes are required to operate in one communication system. This is very important to reduce the costs and volumes of wireless communication equipments, and it is also a trend of the development of modern wireless communications. Compact planar multiband RF filters have been more and more widely applied in various modern wireless communication systems. The present multiband filters have two problems, one of them is that the mid-frequnec and the bandwidth of each passband cannot be tuned respectively, the other is that the passband and the out-passband attenuation of every passband cannot be controlled seperately. Therefore, we will use assembled resonators to resolve the first problem, and use controllalbe electromegnetic coupled strcutuers to resolve the second problem. According to some physical models of multiband filter, we will construct the equivalent circuits for multiband filters, and establish a practicable method to synthesize multiband filters. At last, in order to verify the proposed synthesis theory, we will adopt assembled resonators and controllalbe electromegnetic coupled strcutuers to design tri-band filters, which will be used in GPS L1 and WLAN systems, and quad-band filters, which will be used in GPS L1, GSM and Triones systems. It will not only tremendously promote developments of multiband filters applications, but also the developments of modern wireless communication technologies.
