Organic phosphorus, as the important component of lake water and sediment, which can be transformed into the bioavailable nutrients in the physicochemical and biological process, plays an important role in the phosphorus biogeochemistry cycle and life course. Although the phosphorus cycle theory and technology has made a good progress in the past years, it cannot completely interpret the whole life process of phosphorus nutrients in water at present limited to characterization problem of organic phosphorus components, which make it difficult to provide strong theory support for the practice of eutrophication treatment. Organic phosphorus of the lake sediment will be classified, separated and extracted by molecular isolation and analysis techniques & molecular imprinting technology, the characterization system of organic phosphorus can be established on its properties and structure. Based on the characterization of organic phosphorus components, its hydrolyzation, degradation, photolysis and corresponding key factors on micro-interface will be studied in the ecological wave tank by attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FT-IR) spectroscopy. The key factors of Microcysis aeruginosa absorbing and metabolizing organic phosphorus and the characteristics of bioavailability of organic phosphorus to
