中文摘要: 供水管网是城市供水系统的重要组成部分,由于供水管网管材及管道内卫生状况的差异,饮用水经供水管网由水厂到用户的传输过程中水质受到不同程度的"二次污染",这种"二次污染"不仅与出厂水水质有关,而且与在输水过程中产生结垢和腐蚀的关系更为密切。供水管网内产生的结垢与腐蚀主要与铁细菌的新陈代谢有关,目前有关供水管道微生物腐蚀研究甚少,微生物腐蚀是导致供水管网配水出现"二次污染"及供水管道锈蚀的生物学原因,而铁细菌是引起供水管道腐蚀、水质"二次污染"的生物学主要原因。本研究内容包括:供水管网中铁细菌的筛选和生长规律;研究铁细菌对供水管网管材的腐蚀机理;探索供水管网中铁细菌生长与腐蚀控制方法。本项目的研究成果可以解决供水管网水质"二次污染"中铁细菌生长与腐蚀控制问题,探索铁细菌与供水管网材质腐蚀及水质变化的相关性,对提高管网水质、改善供水管网的"二次污染"问题、确保饮用水安全具有重要理论价值与社会意义。

英文摘要: Water distribution network (WDN) is the main parts of urban water supply systems. Drinking water will be suffered from second pollution due to the various pipeline materials and sanitary differences. The second pollution is not only related to the effluent water quality, but also attributable to the corrosion products and scales generated during transportation. The metabolism of microorganisms will result in the corrosion process. At present, microbiologically influenced corrosion in water distribution pipe is little known about, which causes water distribution secondary pollution in WDN and water-pipe corrosion from biological respect and the iron bacteria is the main reason for water-pipe corrosion and secondary pollution. According to different ages of the pipe, pipe material, working conditions and other conditions, the research contents include: screen the iron bacteria in WDN, study its growth regular pattern, and research the mechanism of corrosion on the pipe in WDN, explore the control methods of iron bacteria growth and corrosion in WDN. The research results of this project can solve the problems of iron bacteria growth and control methods of corrosion from secondary pollution in WDN, and explore the relevance of iron bacteria and corrosion.
