中文摘要: 保护轴承的作用是在磁悬浮轴承失效或过载条件下临时支承高速旋转的转子,以保护设备不受损坏,由于保护轴承与转子存在间隙,耐振动冲击的能力不足,国内外经常发生保护轴承没有起到保护作用而损坏设备的严重事故。本项目提出一套自动消除磁悬浮保护轴承间隙的机构,可显著提高保护轴承寿命和抵抗振动冲击的能力。重点研究这种自消除间隙机构的运动学、动力学和静力学基本问题。主要包括:机构的刚度、阻尼系数与保护轴承的匹配设计理论;探索影响机构关闭与打开时间和减振能力的关键因素,使其具有高可靠、长寿命及较强吸收振动冲击的能力;建立转子跌落引起的动态响应、发热与接触应力的理论计算方法;对自消除间隙机构进行高速跌落的试验研究;根据理论与试验研究结果优化自消除间隙机构的设计,提出机构的设计与寿命评估准则。本项目的研究可减小磁悬浮轴承失效后转子跌落给系统带来的振动与冲击,提高磁悬浮轴承的可靠性使其在工业应用中具有广阔的前景。

英文摘要: Auxiliary bearings are used to protect the stators from damage in case the active magnetic bearing system fails or overloads. But because of the clearance between the rotor and auxiliary bearing and the lack of anti-impact ability, some troubles about the back-up system have been reported at home and abroad such as the serious damage of the journal, the auxiliary bearing and the seals. In this project, a mechanism which can auto eliminate the protect clearance is proposed to enhance the anti-impact ability of auxiliary bearing and prolong its service life. The kinematics, dynamics and statics problems of this type of mechanism are emphatically analyzed. The main work in this project includes: (1) matching design theory between the stiffness and damping coefficients of the mechanism and auxiliary bearing; (2) exploring the key factors that influences the waning vibration capabilities of the mechanism as well as its open and close time; (3) establishing theoretical models of dynamic responses, heating and contact stresses after rotor drop; (4) studies of rotor drop experiments using the new mechanism; (5) optimization design of the mechanism based on the theoretical and experimental results, and proposing the design and service life assessment criterions of the mechanism.
