中文摘要: 稻属种间杂种不育性是目前制约野生稻有利基因转移和利用的主要瓶颈。通过常规有性杂交和回交手段,结合幼胚拯救技术和秋水仙素处理,本项目组已经获得了宽叶野生稻与栽培稻品种9311 的种间杂种F1、双二倍体、回交BC1F1。本研究拟通过基因芯片杂交,结合杂种的回交选育和现代分子生物学技术,分析上述不同倍性水稻材料在减数分裂中基因表达的差异;研究种间杂种F1、双二倍体及其回交后代染色体在减数分裂过程中配对和联会的情况,为解析稻属种间杂种不育性的遗传机制奠定基础。

英文摘要: Interspecific hybrid sterility is a main bottleneck for limiting the transfer of useful genes from wild species into cultivated rice. Using the embryo rescue following hybridization, interspecific hybrids (F1) between Oryza sativa and O. latifolia were developed and identified. Subsequently, amphidiploid and its backcross hybrid (BC1F1) was obtained through colchicine treatment. In this research program, the difference of gene expression in the meiotic of the aboved genetic materials will be analyzed by means of gene chip. Chromosome pairing and the genomic components of the genetic materials will be investigated using genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) and fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) analysis. The results from this progeam will lay a foundation for molecular study on interspecific hybrid sterility.
