中文摘要: 本申请课题针对我国电力网络结构规模不断扩大,系统运行不确定性日趋复杂,造成局部故障传播迅速,导致整个电力网络崩溃的重大问题,提出基于广域数据检测的复杂电力网络动态分析方法和电力网络可控节点同步自适应控制实现复杂电力网络故障恢复策略,系统地解决电网动态故障预警与诊断不准确和网络故障恢复控制方法缺乏的等一系列难点问题。本研究的显著特点是:1) 应用广域数据检测技术实现电网动态故障预估及故障诊断方法;2) 提出分数阶模糊的电力网络节点建模理论,解决智能电力网络节点观测及网络拓扑结构辨识研究的难题;3) 提出电力网络可控节点同步自适应控制方法,实现电力网络紧急故障后的电力系统恢复。研究成果将简捷地实现复杂工业现场环境下过程对象的故障预警与故障诊断,为智能电力网络安全运行与故障诊断研究提供必须的基础理论依据和关键技术保证。

英文摘要: With the dimension of the structure increasing and the uncertainty of the system operating more complicated, the local fault of power grid spreads faster, which leads to the collapse of the entire power grid. To deal with this problem, recovery strategy for complex grid based on the synchronous adaptive control and the dynamic analyses of the wide-area data detection of power and electric power grid controllable node is proposed. The strategy solves a series of difficulties, such as power system dynamic fault early warning and inaccuracy. The notable feature of this study is as follows: 1) Realize the power grid dynamic faultearly warning and fault diagnosis with the wide-area data testing technology. 2) The electric power grid node modeling theory of fuzzy fractional order is raised, solving the problem of smart power network node observation and the network structure topology identification research. 3) Synchronous adaptive control method of electric power grid controllable node is presented, realizing the power system recovery after an urgent power grid fault.
