中文摘要: 供应链合作是企业利用供应链伙伴的知识、资源与能力进行创新的重要方式。以往研究着重分析了供应链伙伴参与产品开发的方式,以及对于新产品开发项目和公司绩效的影响。这些研究未充分考虑企业在协同创新环境下供应链合作的行为决策及能力需求。不同于以往研究的思路,本项目首先从影响供应链合作行为(知识共享与资源共享)的动机出发,考虑协同创新环境对于供应链合作行为决策的影响,使用行为实验以及博弈建模的方法进行行为动机的影响因素分析。其次,本项目从能力的角度出发,以制造企业为问卷调查对象,构建供应链合作能力的概念与维度,分析供应链合作能力在不同协同创新网络特性下对于企业创新绩效的影响。本项目的行为决策研究将从理论上对供应链合作的文献进行补充,不仅区别分析不同供应链合作行为的动机,而且考虑协同创新环境的影响。本项目的作用机理研究将从实践上对我国制造企业进行供应链管理,提高其供应链合作能力有一定的现实指导意义。

英文摘要: Supply chain-based cooperation is an important mechanism to utilize supply chain partners' knowledge, resource, and capability for innovation. Previous studies emphasize on the practices and performance implications of involvement of supply chain partners in new product development. However, these studies neglect the behavioral decision making and capability requirements in collaborative innovation environment. Different from past literature, we first investigate the enablers of supply chain-based cooperation behaviors (knowledge sharing and resource integration) considering the influence of collaborative innovation environment through behavioral experiments and game model. Second, we investigate the concept and measure of supply chain-based cooperation capability from the perspective of capability building. Using survey method and Chinese manufacturers, we also test the effects of supply chain-based cooperation capability on innovation performance under different characteristics of collaborative innovation network. Our research on behavioral decision making will complement supply chain-based cooperation literature by not only analyzing diffent types of cooperative behaviors but also considering the influence of collaborative innovation environment. Our research on acting mechanism will have managerial implications for Chinese manufacturers to manage their supply chain and build supply chain-based cooperation capability.
