中文摘要: 随着新一代高通量测序技术的不断发展,基因组相关研究的瓶颈在于如何高效分析高通量测序产生的海量数据,因此,相关的生物信息学分析方法和平台是基因组相关研究的关键。本课题拟在已有的牛、绵羊、山羊三大反刍家畜海量基因信息数据基础上,基于大数据处理技术,对基因序列比对分析算法和软件进行研究,形成新的分布式集群环境中的高性能基因序列比对算法和软件;基于云计算技术,构建反刍家畜基因序列比较分析云计算平台,平台集成常用的高通量序列分析软件,为生物学研究人员提供按需选择、统一的、简单易用的接口;基于构建的比对分析云计算平台对内蒙古农业大学动物遗传育种与繁殖重点实验室已有的牛、绵羊、山羊三种反刍家畜的基因信息数据进行分析和处理,构建蒙古高原反刍家畜表型、基因组信息和基因组变异数据库,为生物学研究人员进行关联分析以筛选和鉴别出与反刍动物生理和奶、绒毛、肉和繁殖等重要经济性状密切相关的基因提供基础。

英文摘要: With the development of new generation of high-throughput sequencing technology, the bottleneck of genome research is how to efficiently analyze the gigantic amount of genome sequence data generated by high-throughput sequencing. Therefore, the related bioinformatics analysis method and platform are the key to genome research. This project bases on genome database of three ruminant livestock include cattle, sheep and goat, focus on the research of genome alignment algorithms and software integrating new processes and technique of big data, design a new distributed cluster environment as well as high-performance genome sequence alignment algorithm that based on cloud computing, constructs a cloud computing platform of ruminant livestock genome sequence analysis, which is easy to use for biology researchers,and analyzes and deals genome data of three ruminant livestock of cattle, sheep and goat that are existed in Animal Genetics and Breeding Key Laboratory of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University bases on this platform, builds Mongolia plateau ruminant phenotype and the database of genomic mutation,to provide a basis for biology researchers who make the association analysis to screen and identify genes are closely related to imporant economic traits include ruminant physiology and milk、wool、meat and reproduction and so on.
