中文摘要: 选择性辐射体材料在太阳能热光伏系统中有着重要的应用前景,是目前提高太阳能电池效率研究的热点之一。稀土氧化物Er2O3和Yb2O3由于具有熔点高、发射光谱带窄等特点,是优异的选择性辐射体材料。但到目前为止,Er2O3和Yb2O3薄膜的内在物理本质与其光学性质之间关系的研究还非常缺乏。本项目主要开展Er2O3、Yb2O3选择性辐射体薄膜的制备和物理特性研究。测定稀土氧化物的光学参数,找出其制备工艺、微结构、掺杂和光学特性之间的内在关系与规律,弄清稀土氧化物选择性辐射体材料的非辐射激发、退激发机理及在太阳能热光伏系统中的作用和其物理机制。通过优化工艺参数及Y等稀土元素掺杂制备出对光的吸收能力强、光谱带窄、带内辐射发射率高、温度波动抵御能力强的Er2O3、Yb2O3选择性辐射体薄膜。为太阳能热光伏系统的制造和应用提供优异的选择性辐射体候选材料及理论上的指导。

英文摘要: Selective emitters have many potential applications in solar thermophotovoltaic systems, which has been one of the hot research topics for improving efficiency of solar cells. Due to their high melting points and narrow emission spectra, rare earth oxides Er2O3 and Yb2O3 are excellent selective emitter materials. However, up to date, the relationship between the intrinsic physical essence and the optical properties is still not clear. In this program, Selective emitters of rare earth oxide films, e.g. Er2O3 and Yb2O3, will be fabricated and their physical properties will be studied. By measuring the optical constants of rare oxide films, exploring the relations between their fabrication methods, microstructures, doping and optical properties, the thermal pumping and radiative de-excitation mechanism of rare earth oxide Selective emitters and their functions in solar thermophotovoltaic systems will be clarified. By optimization of fabricating parameter and doping other rare earth elements, e.g. Y, etc, Selective emitters, Er2O3 and Yb2O3, with strong photon-adsorption, narrow photoluminescence band, high intra-band radiative emission efficiency and high resistance on temperature fluctuation will be fabricated.
