中文摘要: 大型反射面天线系统在国防和民用领域用途广泛,天线电性能与其承载结构关系十分密切。本项目旨在研究从天线远场方向图预测反射面变形并继而进行优化调整的方法。首先分析反射面面板加工误差与安装误差对天线电性能的影响,建立联系反射面形状与远场方向图的机电耦合分析模型。在此基础上获得实际天线的形状误差,并优化调整反射面板,从而使天线电性能达到最优,为天线设计人员进行合理的结构设计和工程装配调试提供依据和建议。基于本项目的研究,设计人员能够深入、定量地认识天线机械结构因素与电性能之间的影响关系,制定合理的结构设计方案,并在保证满足反射面天线电性能指标的前提下,大大降低对天线结构的精度要求。这对降低天线结构设计难度与缩短研制周期意义重大。

英文摘要: Large reflector antennas are broadly used in the field of national defense and civilian. The electrical performances of antenna is closely related to its bearing structure. This project aims to the method of distortion determination from far field pattern of reflector antenna and then optimization of panel adjustment. First, the effect of panel fabrication and assembly errors on the electrical performance of antenna is analyzed, and the electromechanical coupling relationship model between the reflector shape and the far field pattern is established. Based on the coupling model, the actual antenna shape error is determinated and the adjustment of reflector panels is calculated considering to achieve the optimal electrical performance of antenna.The method can provide the basic theory and suggestion for resonable antenna structure design and efficient engineering assembly. Based on the study of this project, the designers can quantitatively understand the relationship between antenna mechanical structure factors and the electrical performance. More reasonable structure design can meet the reflector antenna performance and greatly reduce the precision requirement of the antenna structure. It is of great significance to decrease the difficulty of antenna structure design and to shorten the development cycle.
