中文摘要: 三足体稀土金属配合物是一类重要化合物,但含磷三足体稀土配合物尚缺乏系统研究,特别是在激发态光谱、光功能作用机制及在生物医学研究中的应用等方面。本课题设计、合成具有柔性结构的系列以氮和三氮杂环为中心的新型含磷三足光功能配体,作为主配体与稀土形成具有特定光功能性质的配合物。在x-射线单晶衍射分析确定其晶体结构的基础上,通过基态、激发态吸收光谱,室温和低温激发与发射光谱,以及发射寿命测定系统地研究它们的基态和激发态性质。结合晶体结构中的重要参数确定相应化合物激发态的起源,探索光功能作用的机制。利用配合物中端基基团和碱基分子之间能通过氢键发生作用而导致发光中心发射能的改变实现对碱基小分子的识别。预期对新型发光的含磷三足体衍生物和它们的稀土配合物的合成及在生物医学研究中的应用有重要价值。

英文摘要: Tripodal ligands and their complexes with rare earth metal are a series of important compounds. However, phosphorus-containing tripodal ligands and their complexes with rare earth metal is still a lack of systematic research, especially in the excited state spectrum, mechanism, and function of luminescent and in biomedical research applications and so on. In this project, we will design and synthesize a series of new phosphorus-containing tripodal ligands, in which have flexible structures and nitrogen or triazana-ring as the center, and as the main ligands form rare earth metal complexes having specific functional properties. On the basis of its crystal structure by the x-ray single crystal diffraction analysis, study their ground state and excited-state properties through the ground state, excited-state absorption spectrum, room temperature and low temperature excitation and emission spectra, and emission lifetime measurement. Using the important parameters of the crystal structure determine the origin of the excited state in the corresponding compounds, and explore the mechanism of optical functions. By effect between terminal group of complexes and the base molecules through hydrogen bonds, in which can lead to changes of emission energy in luminescence center, achieve the identification to small molecules.
