中文摘要: 冷浸稻田是长期渍水和人工干扰强烈的特殊湿地生态系统,其甲烷排放特征及其影响因子方面的研究尚未受到重视,开展冷浸稻田甲烷排放潜力及其与有机碳的关系的研究对准确评估我国湿地生态系统碳收支具有重要意义。本项目拟采用大田试验和实验室培养相结合的方式,通过添加不同碳氮比有机物料和低分子有机酸,利用气相色谱分析技术,研究冷浸稻田甲烷排放特征;通过测定土壤有机碳组分,阐明其与甲烷产生的关系;利用高效液相色谱分析技术,测定土壤有机酸总量及有机酸组分含量,阐明添加外源有机碳对冷静稻田土壤有机碳组分的影响,揭示冷浸稻田产甲烷有机碳的品质特征。本项目可为减缓湿地甲烷排放和编制我国温室气体清单提供理论依据和数据支撑。

英文摘要: Wetlands are important ecosystems involved in global carbon cycle, and cold waterlogged paddy field is a special wetland ecosystem that been long-term soaked and strongly artificial disturbed. But the characteristics of methane emissions from cold waterlogged paddy field and its influencing factors are not clearly understand. The main aim of this research is to study the methane emission characteristics from cold waterlogged paddy field and its relationship with soil organic carbon by means of field experiment and laboratory culture combination; to character the mechanism of different C/N ratio organic material and low molecular organic acid on methane emission; to determine soil organic carbon fractions and clarify its relationship with methane emission. Reveal the effects of soil total organic acid, carbon fractions, quality characteristics and exogenous organic carbon on cold waterlogged paddy methane production. This project can provide theoretical basis and data support for mitigation wetland methane emissions and the compilation of Chinese greenhouse gas inventory.
