中文摘要: 随着医学扫描技术不断发展,带有时变参数的三维医学影像数据(简称四维医学影像数据)在临床中将得到越来越广泛的应用。与静态三维数据场建模问题不同,四维医学影像数据具有动态连续变化的特点,对其做快速高质量建模是医学影像处理的关键问题和难点问题。本项目将对该问题进行系统研究,主要研究内容包括:基于去噪约束分类的变分水平集四维医学影像重建理论和方法;基于近似测地距离的水平集零值曲面高质量特征点采样方法及目标函数快速优化方法;非一致性采样的紧致壳空间快速重建理论和方法,建立与人体器官拓扑一致的离散网格模型;双三角单元反转策略在三维Delaunay三角化更新中的有效性分析及理论结论。研究范围涉及理论与方法、技术和原型系统。项目的完成将为解决基于四维医学影像数据的建模问题提供新理论和方法,为四维医学影像数据在医学临床中的有效应用提供一系列简单、高效和鲁棒的技术,具有很好的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: With the development of medical electronic scanning technology, the 3D medical images with time-varing parameters (we call 4D medical images) are more and more concerned in clinical applications.The 4D images data has the characteristics of dynamic and continuous variation which is different with static 3D data field.Rapid modelling with high quality of 4D data field is the key and important research problem in medical images processing. In this project, we will have a systematic study about this problem, the main research contents include: (1) The theories and methods about variational level-set reconstruction of 4D medical images based on denoising classification; (2) High quality feature points sampling on zero value level-set surface based on approximate geodesic distance, and fast optimization method of the objective energy function; (3) The theories and methods of fast compact shell space reconstruction with non-uniform sampling, and topology preserving 3D mesh reconstruction of human organ; (4) The validity analysis and theoretical conclusions of 3D Delaunay triangulation updating with bi-cell flipping. The research scopes of this project include theories and methods, technologies and a prototype system. Research and completion of this project can provide us new theories and methods for solving the modell
