中文摘要: 宽频声衬以及可控声衬技术是学术界和工程界研究的热点,阻抗可调式声衬是将噪声的主、被动控制相结合,发挥各自的优点对噪声进行有选择的抑制技术。现有的阻抗调节方式主要集中在分立的调节腔体体积与穿孔射流速度上,尚未采用MEMS技术将两种调节方式同时应用在同一声衬中,以对具有复杂型面的舱体进行降噪。本项目在建立适合各种边界条件的声衬声阻抗模型的基础上,研究声衬与噪声的相互作用;设计、加工具有阻抗可调的压电式MEMS微型致动单元组成柔性声衬;通过控制算法的编制,使致动单元可以根据噪声频率成分的不同,分别工作在体积调节和射流调节两种模式下实现分布式的阻抗控制,完成对宽频噪声的抑制。旨在利用微机电系统优势,克服现有声衬中致动部件体积大、动态响应慢、耗能高的缺点,扩宽声衬的应用频带,为噪声控制领域提供一种新的手段,同时丰富宽频噪声的控制理论。

英文摘要: Broad frequency and controllable acoustic liner is the focus of the academic and engineer society. Impedance tunabel acoustic liner can attenuate the noise in the nacelle with the combination of both active and passive control technology. The exising control method was mainly focused on the manipulation of resonator volume and jet flow velocity respectively.To attenuate noise in the nacelle with different sections, MEMS technology which can tune both volume and jet flow velocity in the same liner was not developed so far. Based on the analysis of noise active/passive control theory, the wall impedance model fitting different boundary condition will be established. The reaction between the acoustic liner and noise is to be presented. A flexible acoustic liner consists of MEMS impedance tunable actuators will be designed and fabricated. To attenuate noise with different frequency, the actuators module can be manupulated in both resonator volume mode and jet flow mode by a control algorithm. The aim of this project is to overcome the shortages of traditional liner that subjected to huge volume, low response time and high energy consume. This liner is hoped to provided a new method for noise control and extends the theory of broad frequency noise control.
