中文摘要： 借助开发创业项目，企业家抓住市场机遇。创业项目构成企业家行动的载体,围绕项目，我们能更贴近实践来刻画企业家的行动动因、过程与产出。在项目开发过程中，企业家受到两个方面作用力：一方面，对未来的想象与资源控制力驱动着企业家采取行动；另一方面，不确定会引致企业家的不适，阻碍了行动。在不确定情境下，企业家借助特定策略来缓解不确定带来的不适，这就是不确定管理。对于不同企业家，不确定的影响存在差异，不确定管理策略的效果也不同。遵循此思路，本课题探讨了以下问题：在不确定情境下，企业家想象和资源控制力如何、何时引致创业项目开发？当企业家遵循不同的不确定管理策略时，不确定对企业家想象和资源控制力与创业项目开发之间关系有着什么样影响？理论上，本课题揭示了不确定对企业家行动的影响机理，推进了基于主观性的创业研究。实践上，本课题有助于创业企业家选择适合的不确定管理策略，有效地开发创业项目，增加了创业成功机率。

英文摘要： Entrepreneur realizes the market opportunity by exploiting entrepreneurial projects. The entrepreneurial project can be taken as the carrier of entrepreneurial actions. Focusing on the entrepreneurial project, we may explore the motivation, process and outcome of entrepreneurial actions standing on the practice. During the project exploitation process, the entrepreneur is driven by two reversal of direction of power. On the one hand, imagination of future and resource controllability activates the entrepreneur to move. On the other hand, uncertainties make entrepreneur discomfort, and then prevent him from actions. Under uncertainties, entrepreneur appeases the discomfort by special strategies, which is distinguished as uncertainty management. For different entrepreneurs, the influence of uncertainty is not same, and the effect of uncertainty management strategies is also different. Following the logic, this project approaches two questions: first, how and when entrepreneurial imagination and resource controllability induce the exploiting of project? Second, how does the uncertainties influence the relationship between entrepreneurial imagination and resource controllability and project exploitation while entrepreneur adopts different uncertainty management strategies?
