中文摘要: 合理的叠合面构造与设计对改善新型单向预应力双向配筋混凝土叠合楼板的疲劳性能具有重要作用。拟针对不同叠合面构造与设计下新型单向预应力双向配筋混凝土叠合楼板的疲劳性能,进行8组静力与疲劳性能试验,板件类型包括6种:实心平板叠合板、实心矩肋叠合板、实心T肋叠合板、矩肋设孔叠合板、T肋设孔叠合板及现浇板。通过静力试验研究开裂荷载、极限荷载、裂缝分布及破坏形态等。通过疲劳试验研究板肋形状、预留孔洞、横向穿孔钢筋、疲劳荷载参数及疲劳循环加载次数等主要因素对叠合楼板疲劳破坏模式及疲劳损伤程度的影响。针对叠合楼板疲劳数值模拟难题,拟采用疲劳累积损伤模型和本构关系,通过引入两个基本假定,提出简化的非线性疲劳全过程数值分析方法,与试验结果对比。通过理论分析与试验研究,提出新型单向预应力双向配筋混凝土叠合楼板的疲劳性能分析理论、设计方法、设计公式、设计建议和设计构造措施,为设计和编制国家或行业标准提供可靠依据。

英文摘要: Reasonable detailing and designing of the contact surface play an important role in improving fatigue performance of the new style one-way prestressed two-way reinforcement concrete composite slab. Aiming at the problem of fatigue property of the new style composite slabs with different detailing and designing of contact surfaces, static and fatigue tests are to be carried out on eight groups of specimens which involves composite slab with precast solid panel, composite slab with precast solid rectangular rib panel, composite slab with precast solid T-shaped rib panel, composite slab with precast rectangular holes-rib panel, composite slab with precast T-shaped holes-rib panel and cast-in-situ concrete slab. Cracking loads, ultimate loads, cracking distributions and failure patterns are to be investigated by static tests. The factors influencing the fatigue failure pattern and fatigue damage, such as shape of rib, preformed hole in the rib, transversal steel bar in the preformed hole, fatigue load parameter and fatigue cycle number, are researched by fatigue tests. Aiming at the problem of fatigue numerical simulation, a simplification nonlinear full-process simulation method of composite slab is to be suggested based on the residual strength model, fatigue constitutive and two fundamental assumptions.
