中文摘要: 具有空心结构的金属氧化物纳米球的可控制备是目前纳米材料领域的研究热点。本项目拟开展由氧化锌纳米粒子组装而成的空心球的超声法制备及其在染料敏化太阳能电池方面的应用研究,具有合成方法简单、方便、快速及重现性好等优点。将通过优化实验条件如超声功率、反应物浓度、混合溶剂的组分、超声时间、溶液PH值等,来调控氧化锌纳米粒子和空心球的尺寸,并研究空心球的生长机理。探索分级氧化锌空心球的光化学、光物理性质,开展由氧化锌纳米粒子(尺寸为10-30纳米)组装而成的空心球(尺寸为200-1000纳米)的可控合成及其与染料敏化太阳能电池光电转换效率关系的研究,重点研究氧化锌空心球的可控生长及尺寸、形貌与性能之间的关系,为空心球的制备及应用提供理论与应用基础。因此,本项目有关分级氧化锌空心球的超声法制备及其应用研究具有很强的创新性,重要的科学意义及广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: Controllable fabrication of hollow metal oxide nanospheres is the research hot of nanomaterial field. This project will perform the fabrication of ZnO hollow sphere through sonochemistry method and its application in dye-sensitized solar cell, which has several advantages of simple, convenient, fast and reproduceable. The size of nanoparticle and hollow sphere can be tuned through the optimization of ultrasonic power, time,concentration of reactant and pH value. The mechanism of hollow sphere will be discussed. We will investigate the photochemitry and photophysic properties of hierarchical ZnO hollow sphere and the relation between the controllable synthesis and photovoltaic performance of dye-sensitized solar cell. The key research of the project will focus on the controllable growth of ZnO hollow sphere and the relation between the size, morphology and property, which will provide the basic idea for the fabrication of hollow sphere and its application. Hence, the present project has strong novelty, important research value and various application potentials.
