中文摘要: 近年来,以织构金属基带为基底制备的第二代高温超导材料钇钡铜氧(YBCO)涂层导体由于具有高的电流密度和低的制备成本等优点有着广泛的应用前景。但其在实际应用中具有交流损耗,其中Ni-5at.%W(Ni5W)合金基带的铁磁损耗不可忽视,因此如何有效地优化基带的磁性能是YBCO涂层导体实用化进程中迫切需要解决的难题之一。本项目拟结合Ni5W合金基带的制备工艺,首先研究冷轧基带中残余应力对磁性能的影响规律,其次分析形变织构向再结晶织构转变过程中取向之间的关联性以及各取向与磁化过程的内在本质联系,最后通过对再结晶立方晶粒的组织形貌和晶界对磁性能的影响机制进行表征,进而构建Ni5W合金基带织构形成过程中基带磁性能的调控模型,为优化制备高性能织构Ni5W合金基带提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Recently, the YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO) coated conductor epitaxially growing from textured metallic substrate has a promising application due to its high current density and low preparation cost. But, there is an AC loss in the practical applications. The Ni-5at.%W(Ni5W)alloy substrate plays an important role due to its ferromagnetic loss. Thus, to optimize the magnetic properties of the Ni5W substrate is one of the most urgent problems to be solved. In this proposal, considering of the preparation process of Ni5W substrate, the influence of residual stress on the magnetic properties would be investigated firstly. Then the relationship between deformation texture and recrystallization texture and its effect on the magnetic properties will be analyzed. At the same time, the influence mechanism of microstructure and grain boundaries on the magnetic properties are also be considered. Finally, the controlling model of magnetic properties might be built, which could provide theoretical basis for preparing the high quality textured Ni5W substrate.
