中文摘要: 新一代隐身吸波材料要求具备红外低辐射和微波吸收兼容的性能。聚合物/无机纳米复合吸波材料是实现这些要求的一个重要方向。本研究的对象是以聚α-萘胺为连续相,以纳米Ti02、Si02、多壁纳米碳管为分散相构成多相复合材料。本研究的着眼点是复合材料的界面结构与红外辐射和微波吸收性能关系。用乳液聚合方法制备水性聚α-萘胺导电高分子聚合物,超声制备聚α-萘胺基纳米(Ti02、Si02)和聚α-萘胺基多壁纳米碳管复合材料。研究这种复合材料的制备技术,材料组成对两相界面结构的影响,研究相界面结构的变化对复合材料的红外辐射和微波吸收的影响。以基础理论研究探索一种低红外发射率、微波吸收能力强的功能高分子复合材料。

英文摘要: The compatible performance of low infrared radiation and microwave absorption is indispensable to the new generation of stealth absorbing material. Combination of inorganic material with polymer nanocomposites is expected to take the advantage of both materials to really fulfil these demands. In this proposal, the poly α-naphthylamine will be prepred by using a emulsion polymerization method. And then the nanocomposites will be prepared by a ultrasonic method using poly α-naphthylamine as matrix, and nano-TiO2, nano-SiO2, as well as multi-walled carbon nanotubes as fillers. This project will focus on understanding the following aspects: 1) examining the preparation technology for the stealth absorbing composites and the effect of material composition on its interface structure; 2) understanding the effect of variational interface structure on the infrared radiation and microwave absorption propeties of the as-prepared composites. Therefore, this project will provide new knowledge and theoretical understanding on the stealth absorbing nanocomposites, and also will develop a low infrared emissivity and strong microwave absorption capability materials based on clarifying the fundamental issues associated with stealth absorbing nanocomposites.
