中文摘要: 西瓜是夏季主要水果,味道甘甜多汁,清爽解渴,深受消费者的喜爱。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,消费者对水果品质要求越来越高。而水果的成熟度是决定水果品质的主要因素。为了让消费者购买到高品质的适熟西瓜,本项目拟选择采收后的浙江嘉善"早春红玉"品种西瓜为研究对象,研究基于激光多普勒振动的采后西瓜成熟度无损检测方法。在一批样本被采收后,每2天对其中10个样本进行激光多普勒振动信号的采集和理化指标的测定。项目将研究采收后西瓜成熟度指标的变化规律;重点研究不同成熟度西瓜激光多普勒振动信号的特征,筛选出与西瓜成熟度密切相关的特征参量;探明检测方式对检测结果的影响;建立西瓜成熟度指标的定量检测模型和西瓜成熟度无损定性检测模型,为开发西瓜成熟度在线检测装备提供理论依据和新方法。

英文摘要: Watermalon is the favorite fruit for many people in the summer. It has a juicy, sweet interior flesh. Due to developing with the improvement of people's living standard, consumers hope that fruits have higher quality. As we all know, the ripeness is the major factor of fruit quality. Therefore, in order to satisfy the needs of consumers for ripe watermelon, postharvest ripeness detection of 'Zhaochunhongyu' watermelon using a nondestructive Laser Doppler Vibrometer is proposed in this research. After samples are harvested, 10 samples will be selected out and measured by a Laser Doppler Vibrometer and the ripeness indicators will be analyzed in the laboratory. This research will focus on: (1) investigating changes in ripeness indicators during different ripening stages; (2) analyzing the characteristics of laser Doppler vibration signal acquired from ripening samples and looking for the characteristic parameters which are related to ripeness; (3) evaluating the influence of detection modes on the results; (4) building two models, one for quantitatively predicting ripeness indicators, the other for qualitatively predicting ripeness of postharvest watermelon. The conclusions of this research would be used for exploring online watermelon ripeness detection system.
