中文摘要: 在前期通过SNP芯片扫描构建的鸡CNV图谱的基础上,选择被QTLs(和鸡生长、屠体、肉质等性状及部分质量性状显著关联的QTLs)置信区间所覆盖的CNVRs区域的功能候选基因(包括结构基因、调节基因或在代谢途径中可能影响到性状表达的基因),综合考量功能基因拷贝数变异、功能基因SNP多态、小片段的插入缺失等对鸡重要经济性状的影响;分析各种遗传变异对鸡重要经济性状的贡献率,寻找QTG(quantative trait gene) 、QTN(quantative trait nucleotide)或具有最大效应的组合基因型、特异性单倍型等。选择遗传效应较大的功能基因,探究各种变异类型对基因表达的影响及其对表型的调控机制。本项目首次将功能基因拷贝数变异与其它变异类型整合,综合探究鸡重要经济性状的分子遗传机制,有利于我们更深刻地了解鸡重要经济性状的遗传规律,同时还具有重要的应用前景。

英文摘要: This project is based on a chicken CNVs map finished by a SNP chip in our previous work.By choice of functional candidate genes i.e. structural gene, regulatory gene and metabolism gene within copy number variation regions (CNVRs) covered by the confident intervals of the significant QTLs in the chicken genome, and by the integrated study of the associations between candidate genes copy number variations,SNP diversity and other variation i.g. insert/deletion with the economically important traits such as growth traits, carcass traits, meat quality traits and some qualitative characters, and of the impacts of genes expression patterns influenced by genes various variation,the regulatory mechanism of genes variations for phenotypes, we'll interpret the genetic effects of genes various variations in detail, and select quantative trait gene (QTG) 、quantative trait nucleotide (QTN) and the optimum combination genotype,the specific haplotype with higher genetic effect. This project firstly integrated various genetic variation to explore the chicken's importantly economic traits, which will help us to better understand the molecularly regulatory mechanism of the economically important traits of chicken. Furthermore, it also has importantly potential application in chicken breeding practice.
